A wonderful elixir to nourish your scalp
This is a wonderful drink to fix your hair loss problem. Aloe Green Tea is a recipe I developed after experiencing a positive changes in my hair fall issue which I faced recently after some stressful months. Since taking fresh aloe vera every morning, I could see a big improvement. Aloe vera is not only good to be applied on your skin & scalp but also fitting to be consumed internally as food & medicine.
Usually it's quite inconvenient to eat freshly cut raw aloe vera due to its slimy nature, therefore I have came up with this recipe to make life a little easier. The combination of aloe vera and green tea is like a double portion of goodness for your hair. Aloe vera contains around 75 active bio-constituents such as vitamins, enzymes, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids and plant hormones that assist the human body in the healing process.
Green tea on the other hand, is an age old beverage that can help in maintaining strong and healthy hair. The benefits of green tea is due to the nutrients, antioxidants, and phytochemicals present in it. Especially vitamin B - which is also used in shampoos and conditioners, is very beneficial to strengthen the hair roots and to prevent the hair loss.
Now let's jump into the making of ALOE GREEN TEA
1 tbs chopped fresh aloe vera pieces or 100% pure aloe vera juice
1 cup of green tea (warm or hot)
First, cut out the sharp edges of the aloe vera leaves so it doesn't poke your hands.
Now slice the outer skin on the flat surface as thin as you can.
